Returns Policy

If the goods you receive are faulty, Faulty goods must be returned for inspection within 14 working days. A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion once the goods have been inspected. Claims can only be made if there is a fault with the product supplied.

Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose your customer data to any third party. 

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1-2 business day following payment on cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery.


All purchase orders must have an order number, otherwise the order will not be processed. 


Ownership title of any of our promotional merchandise remains with us until payment has been made in full into our account, we do not accept cheques.


Samples are supplied free, if not returned within 14 days we will invoice for the samples supplied unless discussed beforehand. The goods must be in their original packaging and in merchantable folded condition or you will be charged a repacking fee per garment. You will be responsible for any freight costs.

Trading Terms

We accept Credit Cards or Direct Bank Deposit.

Credit Card charges are 2.2% on all purchases.

New Accounts

First order is prepaid before dispatch of final goods. After the first order you can fill out a credit application form and apply for a 30 day account. 

All credit accounts must be maintained on a 30 day net basis. Failure to do so will result in your account being placed on 'Stop Supply' and all future orders on payment before dispatch of final goods.


We make best efforts to ship your promotional goods to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by the courier.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel an order after your order number has been received by us, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically the costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been branded. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if we don’t have the item in stock or we don’t ship by the promised date specified on the order confirmation form.

Artwork Fees

If artwork is not supplied in correct format, artwork charges are billed per hour. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we can supply a quote.


The colours of the merchandise pictured on this website are only indicative. If exact colour matching is required please request a sample.
